  1. Hi! So I've seen conversions for BPM to Minute per Mile, and from what I've seen the differences between this and other websites is different, but if this is correct and I hope you are, would a 4 minute mile be at 210 BPM then? and so on and so forth with 3 minutes equating to 220 BPM, thanks.

  2. I think that would be correct. I have a 20min tempo run as part of my workout tomorrow and wanted to use music to pact it at 8min/mi and have recorded a drum and bass mix for it. Good luck with your 4min/mile:0)

  3. I have just literally found this website that you input your required pace into and it throws up a load of tracks at that pace/BPM - https://jog.fm/workout-songs/at/210/bpm.210?order=desc&sort=popularity

I haven't really explored it yet so dont know if its any good, just thought it was a good idea:0)

  5. I'm here 10 years after this was posted to make sure everyone knows this chart is may be misleading. You cannot convert minutes per mile to BPM without stride length. These might be the right numbers for OP but not even close for most people. Assume you are a hypothetical woman who is 5.2' and have a stride length of 30". If you listen to a 200bpm song and your heel strikes on each beat, you will be traveling 5.97mph. OP's chart says 12mph. In order for that to be true, you would need to have a stride length of 63" while heel striking 200 times per minute. That might be true for OP but don't assume this chart applies to all people.
